We offer a comprehensive benefits program to our full-time, regular employees and

Orizon offers health insurance through UnitedHealthcare.
The plan includes a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) under
which Orizon pays the initial 50% of the annual deductible. Employees
can choose between in and out-of-network providers, and
can elect coverage for themselves and their dependents. The plan
also includes a prescription drug program and gym-membership reimbursement.
Orizon offers dental insurance through the MetLife Preferred Dentist Program. Employees
may choose their own dentist and elect coverage for themselves and their dependents.
The plan provides coverage for all preventive dental, basic, and major services.
In conjunction with the United Health insurance coverage, Orizon offers vision coverage through VSP. This plan
covers eye exams, with a $10.00 co-pay, and provides discounts on glasses, contact lenses, and laser vision correction. services.
Short-Term Disability Insurance
Orizon provides its employees income protection in the event of short-term illness

Paid Time Off
Employees accrue 10 days of vacation leave and 5 days of sick leave each year. Personal
leave increases based on employee¹s length of service according to the following

Orizon. In addition, Orizon reimburses employees for the cost of successfully passed
exams taken towards vendor certifications.
Orizon offers an Employee Referral Program that awards a cash bonus for the referral
and hire of a prospective employee.
Orizon offers employees the opportunity to participate in the Washington Metropolitan Area
Transit Authority's (WMATA) SmartBenefits program for those using WMATA to travel to and from work each day.
