Short-Term Disability Insurance Orizon provides its employees income protection in the event of short-term illness or disability. Long-Term Disability Insurance Orizon provides financial protection to its employees by offering long-term disability insurance. Life Insurance Orizon offers its employees group term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment benefits. 401(k) Plan Orizon offers a 401(k) savings and retirement plan to employees. Paid Time Off Employees accrue 10 days of vacation leave and 5 days of sick leave each year.
