May 14, 2009 - Orizon wins multi-year contract to support Department of Homeland
Security(DHS)
Orizon has been awarded a multi-year, competitively competed, $4.3M contract by
the Department of Homeland Security's Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer
to provide support for Human Capital Strategic Planning. More specifically, Orizon
will provide Strategic Planning, Policy Development, Accountability, Organizational
Change Management, and Administrative Support Services, as well as Labor Relations,
Adverse Actions, and Appeals Support.
This new contract, awarded off of Orizon's MOBIS Schedule, follows 5 years of support
to DHS that has included formulating concepts for consolidating services, defining
required operational activities, and exploring the role of information technology
in meeting DHS goals
