Success Every Time

At Orizon, we execute all our projects in a CMMI Level 3 compliant environment. By using repeatable processes, we reduce the risk associated with Information Technology projects. Orizon has developed repeatable processes following the provisions of the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). The CMMI identifies a series of Key Process Areas (KPAs) that provide a framework for the execution of all Information Technology projects, not just software projects. At Orizon, we have developed a set of organization level processes that are fully compliant with Level 2 and Level 3 of the CMMI .

Our approach is targeted to reduce risk on both task orders where we are providing support to a prime contractor and on contracts where Orizon is the prime contractor. Our corporate level processes are fully executable at the Task Order level. At Orizon, compliance with the CMMI is not an "after the fact" activity that competes for resources. Compliance with the CMMI is our standard approach to all projects. It is the way that we conduct our business. Our customers reap the benefits of this compliant environment through a reduced risk of successful performance.
